​You have two choices for dental coverage through Cigna Dental, the Standard plan and the Premium plan.

The Standard Plan: This plan includes a higher annual deductible and a lower maximum coverage limit. Preventive services, including cleanings and x-rays, are covered at 100%. You and your dependents will still enjoy the standard two cleanings each year!

The Premium Plan: This plan features a lower annual deductible and a higher coverage limit. Preventive services, including cleanings and x-rays, are covered at 100%. You are eligible for orthodontic services on this plan. Additionally, associates and their dependents can enjoy three cleanings each year!

​Keep in mind if you utilize a dental provider outside the network, you may be subject to balance billing, even for preventive services. Cigna reimburses non-network providers at the 90th percentile of provider amounts in the geographic area. Non-network providers reserve the right to bill participants for any amount not covered by this reimbursement.
