Our Employee Assistance Plan
Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) supports your mental, emotional, and physical health, at no cost to you—even if you're not enrolled in a company medical plan. The EAP offers mental health support, as well as legal and financial assistance from professionals. You also get 24/7 access to resources by phone and a set number of face-to-face visits with a licensed professional. All services are confidential and not shared with Six Flags.

Virtual Therapy
Your medical plan also covers behavioral and mental health services, including virtual therapy through LiveHealth Online (LHO). From the privacy of your home, you can have confidential 1-on-1 video or phone counseling with a licensed therapist. They can provide diagnosis, treatment, and medication if needed. You’ll also be able to see the same therapist for ongoing support. Check your plan documents for details on inpatient and outpatient coverage.
