Great News! Six Flags has eliminated the spousal surcharge for this year. If your spouse has a credible medical plan through their employer but chooses to remain on the Six Flags medical plan, you will not be required to pay the monthly spousal surcharge.​

 

A spousal surcharge is an additional fee that some employers impose on your health insurance costs when you cover your spouse under your plan, while they have the option to obtain health insurance through their own employer. ​​​​​
