Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Six Flags provides full-time associates with Basic Life and AD&D insurance through Prudential, ensuring your designated survivor(s) receive benefits in case of death. The benefit is equal to 1x your base salary, up to $500,000. This coverage is automatic, even if you waive other benefits.

Naming a Beneficiary
Your beneficiary is the person you choose to receive your Life insurance benefits, including Basic Life coverage, in the event of your death. You will receive any benefits for a dependent’s death under Prudential insurance.

Name both a primary and contingent beneficiary to ensure your intentions are clear. Include their full name, address, Social Security number, relationship, date of birth, and distribution percentage.

Note: In most states, benefit payments cannot be made directly to a minor. If you designate a minor, the funds may be held and earn interest until they turn 18. For questions, contact Human Resources or consult legal counsel.
