Ready to go ALL IN?

New Hire Introduction

You are now part of the Six Flags team and we are here to help you—and your loved ones—stay happy and healthy. With our exciting lineup of benefits, you will have everything you need to stay active, maintain emotional balance, and plan for a bright financial future. It’s a complete package designed to support our associates, recognizing that each of you have unique and diverse needs.

If You Just Started Working for Six Flags

If you are new to Six Flags, you must enroll within 30 days of the date you were hired. Your benefits will be effective on the first day of the month following your hire date. If you don’t enroll, you will default to “no coverage” for all benefits, except basic life insurance. Your benefit elections will remain in place for the current plan year unless you experience a qualifying life event, like getting married, divorced or having a baby.

KEEP IN MIND! If you don’t take action within the first 30 days of your employment, you’ll have no benefits coverage other than basic life insurance.

Six Flags hosts an Open Enrollment period every year in the fall! This is a two-week event that allows all Six Flags associates to change their coverage or enroll for the upcoming calendar year.

Checklist

Update your personal information.
Confirm your mailing address and phone number are up to date.

Review available plans’ deductibles.
Think you may have more medical needs than usual this year? You might want a lower
deductible. If not, you could switch to a higher deductible plan and enjoy lower premiums.

Consider an HSA or FSA.
An HSA or FSA can help cover healthcare costs, including dental and vision services and
prescriptions. Adding one of these accounts to your benefits can help with your long-term
financial goals.

Check your networks.
Receiving care by in-network providers often saves you money. Check for any plan changes
to make sure your go-to providers and pharmacy are still your best options.

Enrollment platforms.
Some Associates will enroll on UKG while others will enroll on Dayforce. Be sure you access
the correct enrollment platform to make your 2025 elections.
